CASH IS ALWAYS PREFERRED - HOWEVER, WE DO ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS, APPLE PAY, & MOST MAJOR PAYMENT APPS (PAYPAL, VENMO, OR CASHAPP)
WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?
MY HOURLY RATE FOR FLASH DESIGNS IS $185/HR. MY HOURLY RATE FOR CUSTOMS IS $200/HR. MY SESSION MINIMUM IS $300.

CAN I BRING A GUEST WITH ME TO MY APPT.?
If needed, you can bring a maximum of one guest to your appointment with you. Please note that space is limited, and minors are not allowed in the shop.
WHAT if I have to reschedule or cancel?
I REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. RESCHEDULE REQUESTS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL IN MOST CASES RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT- A NEW ONE WOULD THEN BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE A BACKUP DATE.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY WOULD BE REASONS TIED TO CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS, SEVERE WEATHER, OR FAMILY EMERGENCY. IF YOU RESCHEDULE A SECOND TIME, FOR ANY REASON (EVEN WITH 48 HOURS NOTICE), ANOTHER DEPOSIT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO SET UP ANOTHER BACKUP DATE.
IN THE RARE CASE THAT I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OUR APPOINTMENT, I WOULD PROVIDE AS MUCH ADVANCED NOTICE AS POSSIBLE. I WILL CORRESPOND WITH YOU DIRECTLY VIA EMAIL, TEXT, & DM ON SOCIALS SHOULD ANY SCHEDULE MODIFICATIONS BE NEEDED. YOUR DEPOSIT WOULD ABSOLUTELY BE HONORED & APPLIED TO THE NEW DATE IN THOSE INSTANCES.
CAN I SEE MY DESIGN BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT?
IF YOU’D LIKE TO REVIEW YOUR DESIGN, WE CAN DO SO THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. ANY REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF A CUSTOM DESIGN TO BE SENT DIGITALLY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESPECTFULLY DECLINED. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING VIA PLANE OR TRAIN FROM SEVERAL HOURS AWAY, I’D BE HAPPY TO SET UP A TELECONSULT (UPON REQUEST) TO REVIEW YOUR DESIGN AHEAD OF TIME.
CAN MY DESIGN BE MODIFIED OR REDRAWN ON THE DAY OF OUR APPOINTMENT?
Changes to your design on the day of your tattoo other than minor tweaks can result in your appointment being rescheduled, and a $100 redrawing fee being assessed.
IT’S CRUCIAL TO BE AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU FIRST SUBMIT YOUR JOTFORM TO AVOID THIS SCENARIO FROM OCCURRING. ANY & ALL PERTINENT REFERENCE IMAGES MUST BE ATTACHED TO YOUR JOTFORM. IF YOU INCLUDE NUMEROUS IMAGES, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHICH PRIMARY IMAGE YOU WANT ME TO USE FOR THE DESIGN. IF YOU HAVE A VERY SPECIFIC VISION IN MIND, PLEASE REQUEST A CONSULTATION!
CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN IDEA AFTER SCHEDULING THE ORIGINALLY REQUESTED DESIGN?
ONCE YOU HAVE SCHEDULED & PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT FOR ONE DESIGN, IT CANNOT BE REPLACED WITH ANOTHER ONE. WHEN I SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, IT’S DONE SO WITH THE DESIGN’S OVERALL DETAIL / COMPLEXITY IN MIND. THIS IN TURN AFFECTS HOW LONG THE PIECE WILL TAKE & I DON’T HAVE SPACE IN MY SCHEDULE FOR TIME VARIANCE.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY IS IF YOU’VE CHOSEN ONE OF MY FLASH DESIGNS & WANT TO SWITCH IT OUT WITH ANOTHER ONE IF MY FLASH DESIGNS. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE DEPOSIT IS PUT DOWN!
CAN I CHANGE THE PLACEMENT OF THE TATTOO?
IF YOU NEED TO SWITCH THE PLACEMENT OF YOUR TATTOO, PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL AT LEAST 48 HOURS AHEAD OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. CERTAIN PLACEMENT SWITCHES MAY NOT BE ACCOMMODATED. WHEN I SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT, IT’S DONE WITH PLACEMENT IN MIND (I.E. - A TATTOO ON THE RIBS OR KNEE TAKES MUCH LONGER THAN A TATTOO ON THE CALF OR FOREARM)
CAN I USE NUMBING CREAM ON THE AREA GETTING TATTOOED?
I DON’T ALLOW THE USE OF NUMBING CREAM - IT CAN ALTER THE SKIN’S TEXTURE & LIMITS BLOODFLOW TO THE AREA, POTENTIALLY LEADING TO COMPLICATIONS DURING / AFTER THE TATTOO. SOME NUMBING CREAMS HAVE ALSO BEEN KNOWN TO CAUSE ALLERGIC REACTIONS & POOR HEALING CONDITIONS. I DO USE BACTINE THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF EVERY TATTOO, WHICH DOES CONTAIN A BIT OF LIDOCAINE TO LESSEN PAIN INTENSITY!
Can I submit a proposal on behalf of someone else?
PLEASE HAVE THE PERSON FILL OUT THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL JOTFORM. I DON’T ACCEPT PROPOSALS SENT IN ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE - THERE ARE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ON THE JOTFORM THAT CAN ONLY BE ANSWERED BY THE PERSON WHOSE TATTOO THE FORM PERTAINS TO.
THERE ARE REQUIRED FIElDS ON THE FORM THAT CAN ONLY BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE PERSON WHO WILL BE GETTING TATTOOED. THE CORRESPONDENCE BECOMES DISORGANIZED & CONFUSION CAN ARISE ON BOTH SIDES AROUND DESIGN PREFERENCES/ OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS.
